Yog Philosophy is a web-based platform that enables users to authenticate with TikTok and publish original video content to TikTok using TikTok's official Content Posting API. The Service covers content related to spirituality, yoga, humor, science, space research, and more.

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid TikTok account to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. TikTok Account Authorization

By clicking “Login with TikTok,” you authorize Yog Philosophy to:

Access your basic TikTok profile information (name, avatar) via the user.info.basic scope
Upload video content to your TikTok account via the video.upload scope
Publish uploaded videos to your TikTok profile via the video.publish scope

You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Only upload and publish original content that you own or have the right to distribute
Comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
Not use the Service to publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse the Service

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Yog Philosophy a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Yog Philosophy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yog Philosophy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
